Online check-inBefore you arrive, complete the online check-in through Vikey, following the instructions you receive. Vikey asks you to upload the required identity documents and take a selfie to complete identity verification.
Travelling from outside the EU?
During the Vikey online check-in, upload only the passports of all guests staying in the apartment. For this procedure, passports are the documents required to confirm the check-in and release the access codes.
Access codesOnce the required verification is complete, your personal access codes are sent within the 24 hours before arrival — through Vikey, Airbnb messaging or WhatsApp, depending on how you booked, so check the channel your reservation uses. Physical keys are available on request if you prefer them.
Smart accessAvailable 24/7. Enter the building, take the elevator to your floor, and use the smart-lock code—or your physical keys if you requested them.
