- No smoking: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the balcony/terrace only.
- No parties: No parties or events. Maximum occupancy as per your booking.
- Pets: Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved. Contact us to ask.
- Shoes: We recommend removing shoes indoors to keep the floors clean.
- Rubbish: Separate recycling — bins are labelled in the kitchen. Take rubbish to the building bins before check-out.
- Keys & lock: Do not share your access code with anyone outside your party.
- Check-out: Please leave the apartment tidy — dishes washed, rubbish taken out, windows closed, lights off.

- Windows & doors: Close all windows and double-check the balcony door is locked.
- Lights & AC: Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and heating before leaving.
- Rubbish: Take all rubbish to the building bins (ground floor). Separate recycling — bins are labelled.
- Dishes: Please wash any used dishes or load the dishwasher and start it.
- Smart TV: Log out of your Netflix, Disney+, or any streaming accounts.
- Forgotten items: Check under beds, in drawers, and the bathroom. If you forget something, contact us immediately — we'll arrange shipping.
